Orphanages serve an essential role in fulfilling the basic needs of children who lack parental care. However, many orphanages still face challenges in managing aid distribution, which tends to be unstructured and reliant on spontaneous donations. This community service program was conducted at Al-Hidayah Orphanage, Kalumbuk Village, Kuranji District, Padang, aiming to optimize aid logistics through a participatory and simple management approach. The method involved two main stages: planning and implementation. The planning phase included joint needs identification, donation mobilization, and distribution planning. The implementation stage consisted of direct distribution activities and social interaction with the children. The results of the program indicate that the collaborative approach in listing needs and organizing logistics distribution had a positive impact on the efficiency of aid allocation and increased active involvement from the orphanage staff. This activity serves as an initial step toward behavioral change in logistics management and can be replicated in other institutions using a similar approach.
